Amy and Crissy sit down with Rachel Odom to discuss living as an Enneagram Type 4. Rachel is candid about her trauma and how she has learned to step into how she was made by God, deep emotion, always enough and never too much.

(3:28) Core Fear of Enneagram 4: Inadequate, flawed or emotionally cut off. Type 4’s also are often operating out of a misguided thought that they are too much or not enough.(3:40) How did the core fear resonate with you?(4:55) Can you tell us of a time when understanding the core fear has helped you?
