PTSD, Jesus and Me: Healing That Doesn’t Make Sense
Pain can have a purpose and I hope that you are the purpose of my pain. In this first season of Wednesday’s With Watson, we will focus on my journey and life with complex PTSD.
I am a survivor of over 3 decades of neglect, abandonment and abuse. Early in life, I found the answer to surviving trauma and I want to share it with you. That Answer hasn’t always made sense, but my healing can not be denied and I want to share it with you.
There is much stigma to mental health issues in America and in the world. It is, perhaps, the most overlooked healthcare issue in society today. However, when we choose to address it and surround ourselves with people who refuse to let us ignore it, there IS healing and there IS Hope.
This is my story. This is my song.
