It is so important that we understand how we use the gospel when we are walking with the hurting, broken and bruised. This solo episode seeks to unpack the use of scriptures often given to trauma survivors. It is important to lead with compassion, to get in the trenches, weep with those who weep and mourn with those who mourn.  We must use scripture in context and most important, we need to earn the trust of those need us.  Right time. Right place. Right sprit.

This is a trauma survivors plea, use the gospel as the weapon it is not for what it is not.
